An adventurous training space that is unlike anything else around. At Basecamp you can expect a variety of fun and engaging fitness sessions that are always fresh and exciting and scalable to all fitness levels. 


Basecamp hosts weekly group fitness sessions for members, as well as team building events and sessions for corporate businesses and sporting clubs. 

Team Training Description

Exciting group fitness sessions for the busy, everyday person.


Team Training is where all the action happens! 


A 45 minute group fitness session.


Incorporating elements from a variety of fitness methods we offer a unique style of training that will build general strength, improve daily function and increase cardio endurance.


Our sessions are run with hands on and experienced fitness trainers that will guide you through every step of the way.


We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt every session to your needs, ensuring that all levels and capabilities can participate and reap the benefits of Outland!


You don’t need to be fit to join in, all exercises can be modified and scaled back to whatever level you’re at.

OPEN TRAINING Description

Work on your personal goals outside of Team Training.



Try out our special Open Training session where you can come in and work on your own goals with our expert coaches on hand. This session is much like a personal training session but in a group setting and as part of your membership it is excellent value.


There is a program on the board that the coach can also take you through if you just want to come and do a workout!
